The Summit and Jacob Heights

I am looking for a female to sublease my room at The Summit apartments. It is a 10 minute walk from campus, but there are busses that drive back and forth as well. It is a very nice apartment with great amentities like a hot tub, gym, study area,... printer, etc... The apartment itself has a it's own washer and dryer with AC and heat. It is 4 beds, 2 bath, so you would just be sharing the bathroom with one other person and she is very neat and clean. The girls are very nice and organized, I just had to move home for personal things. The apartment also came furnished, so you wouldn't need to bring a bed, desk, or dresser drawers. There is a nice living room and kitchen space as well as a porch with furniture outside.
