The Quads
The apartment is part of the quad complex so while it is an apartment it is not a large apartment building. There are multiple buildings that all have four apartments, 2 on ground level and 2 on upper level. I live on a ground level apartment. My... apartment is right next to the community mailboxes and both trash and recycling dumpsters. My new roommate would take over my former roommate’s room. This involves a spacious room with two large closets and your own bathroom with a standing shower. The shared common space will be mostly furnished with a table and chairs, two armchairs and a couch. We would have room for another couch. Apartment is walking distance to campus and is close to a campus bus line. It’s a relatively quiet area and I have enjoyed living here for the past year and a half. Rent is just over 500 and we pay separate bills for electric and internet making total monthly expense generally between 550-600. We do not have cable but you wanted cable you could add it and pay for it yourself.
