Great, affordable place to live

My roommates and I lived here the past two years (before moving out due to us graduating college). It was a fantastic place to live. Apartments are a bit small (we struggled a lot with kitchen space), but for college housing it was a fantastic place to live while attending school, about as good a deal as you're going to get. Loved the manager, the maintenance was AMAZING, always showed up immediately and sometimes took care of extra things too. It is over by MSU so keep in mind there will be... noise from people getting back from parties, but the property does its best to not encourage partying so even that gets taken care of. Awesome place to live, sad to be leaving it!

Would not recommend to my worst enemy

The management company does not care, as soon as I moved in the dishwasher was broken and the refrigerator was leaking. The dishwasher took almost a month to fix.
Heating/Air is inconsistent within unit and hard to control, there is no “comfortable” temperature. It’s freezing or boiling.
Neighbors WILL be loud, but don’t expect management to do anything about it. I have contacted them through email and phone calls where they said they would send someone to the apartment, but never did.
They... also don’t offer recycling to their tenants and garbage bin is outside, no trash room.
You pay for every utility except water and garbage, they do not offer free laundry and it costs ~$4 to wash and dry.

College Station also provides residents with both regular trash and recycling containers on site. When touring our property for the first time, we make sure to show all the amenities offered with our community. Laundry rooms are located on both the first and second floors of each building. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or stop in the leasing office.
